A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following terms, whereby a “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to either their commercial or self-employed professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CLOUVOU GmbH, Mittelweg 43, 25479 Ellerau, Germany, Tel.: +49 4106 9789940, Email: support@clouvou.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit.

2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward (with postage unpaid).

3) Please note that points 1–2 above are not prerequisites for effectively exercising the right of withdrawal.
